Geek+ platform
Robots, control software, product engineering, training, and global escalation support.
Innosolution x Geek+ | Strategic partnership
We turn advanced warehouse robotics into reliable local operations through precise implementation, commissioning, maintenance, and field-led problem solving.
Automate today, empower tomorrow.
Today's engineering precision creates tomorrow's operational capacity.Strategic partnership
One connected delivery model for Australian and New Zealand sites, from solution readiness through long-term robot health.
Robots, control software, product engineering, training, and global escalation support.
Site readiness, hardware implementation, commissioning, maintenance, diagnostics, and local response.
Local decisions backed by structured site evidence and Geek+ escalation when specialist support is required.

Flagship field experience | August 2024 - March 2026
Support RS8 robot and workstation operation across a large live deployment.
Resolved the RS robot issues assigned to our team and redesigned the workstation structure to address carton imbalance and carton-drop incidents.
The revised workstation was tested in operation, closing the carton-drop issue under the site's working conditions.
Our engineers supported the complete Melbourne implementation process and later provided maintenance support at the separate Sydney operation.
High field quality expectations and engineering recommendations were brought forward before acceptance. The site passed its pressure test on the first run.
Routine maintenance support for the Sydney P Series operation, focused on keeping the fleet ready for daily work.
Innosolution engineers contributed hardware delivery capability to the Auckland RSP suction project.
Our technicians carry out scheduled fleet inspection, preventive maintenance, and return-to-operation checks. This planned local support helps the on-site P Series fleet continue operating reliably.
Our team supported a site where QR markers were far from ideal. The RSP fork operation continued to work reliably under those real floor conditions.
Field proof
Real site evidence connects our engineering claims to the people, equipment, and measurement discipline used in the field.
Robots staged for planned inspection, service, and return-to-operation checks.
Hands-on access lets technicians inspect the real mechanical and electrical condition.
Survey-grade measurement helps establish accurate physical conditions before robots go live.
Direct field capability
We separate direct project experience from the wider Geek+ product portfolio, so the evidence behind each claim stays clear.
Rack readiness, robot access, tote handling, workstation interfaces, acceptance, and site stabilisation.
Floor markers, route conditions, charging, fleet health, preventive maintenance, and local issue response.
Workstation structure, cartons, totes, scanners, conveyors, sensors, timing, and operational validation.

Engineer-led delivery
Our sales, project, and delivery decisions are shaped by people who have worked from junior field roles through live warehouse operations.
AI where it improves field response
AI supports the process; engineering judgement remains responsible for the decision.
Built by engineers
Innosolution was built by two engineers with a long-standing commitment to automation. Field experience is not a department at the edge of the company; it is the standard used to make project, commercial, and support decisions.
Automate today, empower tomorrow.
